Completing Form No TM 25: Objection To Amend Classification

If you are opposed to the proposed changes in classification of a trade mark, you can file a notice of objection using Form No. TM 25. This form must be filed with the Registrar of Trade Marks within the prescribed time limit of two months from the date of the notice of the proposed change in classification.
