The MTC & UNAM Partnership for Student Internet
MTC will now be supplying UNAM students with a monthly dose of data through its Student Internet with Inceptus. Are you tired of running out of data in the middle of a crucial online class or research session? Well, the wait is over, Student Internet is here! MTC, in partnership with Inceptus, has come to the rescue of UNAM students with a solution to all their internet woes.
How to Apply for Student Internet with Inceptus
Getting your hands on this lifesaving technology is easy! Simply reach out to your Campus Technician and take along the following:
- Your student card
- Passport (for international students)
- Proof of registration (printed from your portal)
Who Qualifies for Student Internet with Inceptus
All UNAM students are eligible to receive the MTC Sim cards and devices. Freshmen will receive both a pocket WIFI device and a sim card, while senior students will only receive the sim cards. Note that you must have a student card to be eligible for the sim card or device.
Data on the Sim Cards for Student Internet with Inceptus
Every student will receive a total of 55 GB of data per month, split between 40 GB for UNAM e-learning and ICT-related sites, and 15 GB for general internet usage.
