Steps to Check Your Results Online:

  1. Visit the My Zone Website
    Access your 2023 exam results by visiting the My Zone website or directly click on this link:
    https://zone.my.na/results.
  2. Go to the Results Page
    On the My Zone website, click on “Check out your results” or use this direct link to skip step 1:
    http://report.nmh.com.na:8080/results.
  3. Select Your Grade
    Choose whether you want to check Grade 11 or Grade 12 results.
  4. Enter Your Candidate Number
    Ensure you have your candidate number.
    For example: If you wrote your exams at Eldorado Senior Secondary (centre number E10) and your four-digit candidate number is 0001, enter: E10 0001.
  5. Select the Exam Year
    Choose the year you sat for your exams, then click on Find.
  6. Enter Your Cell Phone Number
    Provide your phone number as requested, then click on Next.
  7. Wait for the Results to Load
    The system will retrieve your results shortly.
  8. Download Your Results
    Once your results are displayed, click on Download to generate a PDF file. You can save or share this file with your friends and family.

  1. 1.) Go to the My Zone website or just click on this link https://zone.my.na/result

    You can access the Namibian Grade 11 and Grade 12 exam results by visiting the My Zone website or just click on this link https://zone.my.na/results to skip step 1 and go to the results page

  2. 2.) Click on “Check out your results”

    When you get to My Zone website, you should click on “Check out your results” or just click on this link http://report.nmh.com.na:8080/results to skip step 1 and go to the results page.

  3. 3.) Select your Grade.

  4. 4.) Enter your candidate number.

    To access your Namibian Grade 11 and Grade 12 exam results make sure you have your candidate number. For example if I wrote my exams at Eldorado Senior Secondary (centre number is E10) and my four-digit candidate is 0001, I will enter E10 0001 as my candidate number when I search for my results.

  5. 5.) Select the year

    Select the year you sat for your exams and then click on Find

  6. 6.) Enter your cell phone number

    Enter your cell phone number and click on next.

  7. 7.) Wait for the Namibian Grade 11 and Grade 12 exam results to load.

The following procedure should be followed when using the SMS services:

Send a message with your grade followed by your full candidate number.

Example (a): Grade 11 20OE250025 for Ordinary level (New) full-time candidates.

Example (b): Grade 12 20OE250025 for Ordinary level (Old) full-time candidates. Grade 12 20PE250025 for Ordinary level (Old) part-time candidates.

Example (c): Grade 12 20HE250025 for Higher level full-time candidates.

Grade 12 20IE250025 for Higher level part-time candidates. 

Send this information to any of the following numbers 2929, 99099 or 55755 and in response your surname, name and results will be displayed on the screen of your cell phone.
