What should I do?

The first step in the process is to visit your nearest NaTIS office with a certified copy of your ID. Once there, you will need to apply for a confirmation of a driving licence.

Once issued, an affidavit form should be taken at the nearest police station to be completed by the commissioner of oath.

This form, together with the application form for a driving licence, a certified ID copy/temporary ID copy, and an amount of N$275 must be submitted to NaTIS for processing and issuance of a duplicate Driving Licence.
